At the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC), our Government Relations and Policy team leads the national effort to ensure that tourism’s voice is heard in every corner of Parliament. We work closely with elected officials, public servants, and industry partners to advance policies that strengthen Canada’s visitor economy and create the conditions for sustainable growth across the country.

Through strategic advocacy, research, and collaboration, the team translates the industry’s priorities into actionable solutions that support the businesses, workers, and communities that make tourism one of Canada’s most important economic sectors.
